Contracts Manager – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment is excited to work with a well-established housing association in Greater Manchester in their search for a permanent Contracts Manager . This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful management of their repairs service. The role will be paying up to £45,000 – £46,000 per hour annum on 39 hour working week basis.

Contracts Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:

  • Take the lead in managing contracts, commercial arrangements, and partnerships to ensure the delivery of high-quality outsourced services
  • Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including site inspections, to support the smooth and effective execution of operational services
  • Provide support for procurement processes related to the appointment and management of external service providers
  • Assist in delivering complex projects and large-scale operational tasks through third-party contractors
  • Contribute to a customer-focused service approach that prioritises responsiveness, operational efficiency, and value for money

Contracts Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience of repairs and contract management, preferably within a social housing setting
  • Relevant building/surveying qualifcation
