Role Responsibilities
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including companies, partnerships, and sole traders, ensuring their financial and tax needs are met
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts under FRS 102 and IFRS
- Delivering management accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax returns
- Handling self-assessment tax returns and advising on tax planning and financial strategy
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business and personal financial goals
- Supporting junior team members through training and mentoring
- Staying ahead of the curve with the latest accounting software and technologies
- Streamlining processes and identifying opportunities to enhance client service

Candidate Requirements
You’ll be a great fit if you…
- Are ACCA or ACA qualified, with at least two years of post-qualification experience
- Have a solid understanding of UK accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Are a confident communicator who thrives on building client relationships
- Have a proactive mindset and enjoy helping clients achieve their goals
- Are skilled with accounting software and technologies like Xero or QuickBooks
- Have strong leadership abilities and can mentor and support junior staff
- Are well-organised and excel at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
